meringuetangs

A friend's son loved my chewy rose-water meringues so much that for his 6th birthday recently I made him his own batch.
In blue this time.


Meringuetangs is what Frieda calls them.

    Meringues - especially the chewy sort - are one of my faves. And you don't get much blue food. So double whammy!

    Gorgeous and 'swirly' even if I imagine that they taste of bubblegum.. Who ever decided that bubblegum flavourant was blue, anyway?
