reflections
When I took the second photo below I'd forgotten about the first. From a series of spontaneous shots I took almost exactly a year ago to try and record the Bump, frame the Bump, get perspective on the Bump.
That top is still wearable. The frangi-pani's lie again in swathes at the foot of the tree. I'm still taking mediocre spontaneous photos in the reflection of my car's windows.
And she's been out just longer than she was in.

I did this in my bathroom mirror during a particularly splashy bathtime the other night.
During every pregnancy, I intend on taking a "weekly" photo to document my growing belly. I never get more than a handful of blurry, hastily snapped shots taken on a whim. I guess it's better than nothing, but wouldn't it be nice to have one of those structured and planned out beautiful series??
