Nutella Cookies.
I could happily consume a jar of Nutella very quickly, now it seems I could happily consume a jar of Nutella plus 125g of butter plus more sugar than I like to think about in almost the same time.Such a bad idea.
Another bad idea?
Baking these cookies when one's youngest is battling serious constipation. Need I elaborate?
Didn't think so.
Sadly that didn't put me off the final product in the slightest.

Nutella and I started our love affair while I was visiting Europe with my family when I was about thirteen. One of the places we stayed offered a continental breakfast. I had a nutella dredged croissant every morning there. And possibly hoarded the little tiny to-go packets of chocolatey deliciousness in my le sport sac purse for the remainder of the trip.
That's also the trip when I started my first period and my Grandma went looking for the necessary supplies.
French maxi-pads and Nutella. That's a story waiting to be written.
Anyone who can use Nutella as an INGREDIENT is to be admired. SMILE
